Enter your photos of your Club makes for a chance to win prizes!

How to Enter:

Add a photo of your Club sew to the matching photo gallery. So, August photos into the August gallery, September photos into the September gallery, and October photos into the October gallery. If you have sewn all three designs, take a photo of them together or make a collage of your three photos, and add that to the 'Collage' gallery.

 

Enter by:

- 7th September 2025 at midnight Pacific Time for the August random draw

- 7th October 2025 at midnight Pacific Time for the September random draw 

- 7th November 2025 at midnight Pacific Time for the October random draw 

- 15th November 2025 at midnight Pacific Time for the Collage random draw, and for the judged competitions

Brief Rules (please see entry form for full rules):

  • Monthly prizes, either judged or random, will be awarded to members who have submitted a photo of their completed bag for the month in question.

  • Competitive prizes will be judged according to creative use of materials, fabric and sewing techniques but not exclusively by sewing skill. Bag makers of all skill levels are encouraged to submit photos of their bags.

  • The random draw of free patterns will be done at the end of each month (from those who have submitted photos) using a random picker.

  • To be eligible for the monthly judged prizes, photos of individual bags must be submitted by midnight Pacific time on November 15th 2025.

  • To be eligible for the monthly free pattern prizes, photos of individual bags must be submitted by midnight on September 7th 2025 for August, by midnight Pacific time on October 7th 2025 for September, and by midnight Pacific time on November 7th 2025 for October.

  • To be eligible for the grand prize packages, members must submit a collage photo of all 3 completed bags for the session (August - October 2025) by midnight on November 15th 2025. You can create a photo collage easily and for free using befunky.com

  • Please note: Some prize packages may be region-specific. If none of the random winners are from those regions, these packages may not be allocated.

All photos must be submitted on this page. Duplicate entries and entries into the incorrect gallery will be removed from the gallery. We check regularly for duplicates and accidental uploads, however if you notice that your photo has uploaded twice or is in the wrong gallery, then we would appreciate it if you could please let us know.
